The monthly charge includes rent, the provision of 3-phase power, heat, water, building maintenance and insurance and full use of the central service facilities. Each workshop is alarmed and fitted with double glazing and window locks.

| Workshops range in size from 206 - 408 square feet. Easy in - easy out rental arrangements mean that tenants can move in with just a one month deposit (subject to status). Facilities for disabled people are available. Car parking for permit holders.
