Workshops

All workshops are situated on the ground floor with easy delivery access via external double doors. The monthly charge includes rent, the provision of 3-phase power, heat, water, one car parking space and full use of the central service facilities. Each workshop is alarmed and fitted with double glazing and window locks.

Workshops range in size from 206 - 408 square feet. Easy in / easy out rental arrangements mean that tenants can move in (subject to status) on payment of one month's rent and a deposit equal to one month's rent. Facilities for disabled people are available.

Retail units

Located in a busy, long established and recently upgraded retail area of the city, each unit is double fronted with a storeroom at the rear, allowing easy access for stock deliveries. The units range in size from 472 square feet to 787 square feet. The monthly charge includes one parking space and use of all facilities. All units are individually alarmed and fitted with security roller shutters.
