About Us

Rosehill Business Centre is a joint development between Derbyshire First Investments Ltd and Derby City Council. The centre was opened 4th June 1993 by HRH The Prince of Wales.

We provide the complete conference environment.

The Conference Room accommodates up to 20 people in a classroom style or up to 40 people in theatre style. The Meeting Room is ideal for smaller and can accommodate up to 10 people.

Both rooms are air conditioned and have groups facilities for making refreshments.Catering is available on request.

The Rosehill Business Centre has secure parking facilities for permit holders and has Disability access and facilities.
